The Managing Director of Ali & Sons Group and the Chairman of Ali & Sons Infrastructure Co. LLC, Mr. Shamis Al Dhaheri on Tuesday, 5th of July 2011, signed an exclusive agency agreement with Impresa S.p.A. Impresa is specialist in Roads, Bridges, Railways and Metro lines and the agreement was signed to cover the exclusivity for GCC countries excluding Qatar. It’s a great achievement, as Impresa would rank 7th in Italy in a month’s time after its merger. On signing the agreement, Mr. Shamis Al Dhaheri expressed his satisfaction saying “Ali & Sons Infrastructure with its local expertise and human capital combined with that of Impresa, will create a strong partnership that will grow exponentially in the region.” Mr. Shamis went further and said “I would like to take this opportunity to thank all members of the team who assisted in actualizing this agreement.”
